A rate or a rule looks wrong
Tell us the page and the figure and, if you have it, the link to the regulation, the GOV.UK page or the HMRC guidance that says otherwise. We read the source again, correct the parameter file, add a test for the case and date the change.
What we cannot do
We are not HMRC, the Fair Work Agency, Acas, a union or a law firm. We cannot look at your payslips, contact your employer or take a complaint. Please do not send payslips, contracts, National Insurance numbers or other personal details. Complaints about pay go to the official service described on the underpayment page.
Using a checker on your own site
Advice centres, student unions, youth services and employers can show the checker in an iframe at no cost: see the embed page.
